Lemon Blueberry Bread
As simple as the title, this is a simple lemon blueberry quickbread. Never underestimate the power of citrus zest (in this recipe, lemon zest) which can enhance the flavour much more than any artificial flavours.

this is another great use of blueberries in baking. i've seen a couple today. lemon/blueberry combi is just great.
